1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the zeVend mobile application, website, or related services (the “Platform”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding electronic agreement between you and ZEVEN TECH.

2. Role of the Platform (Intermediary Status)

zeVend operates solely as a digital booking and listing platform connecting users with independent third-party service providers.

We do not own, operate, control, manage, or provide the services listed on the Platform.

Services may include but are not limited to:

  • Restaurants, bars, hotels, guesthouses
  • Salons, aesthetic clinics, dental clinics
  • Car services and rentals
  • Tours, events & activities (rafting, hiking, horse trekking, ziplining, etc.)
  • Insurance services
  • Pet services
  • Cleaning services
  • Workspaces and real estate listings

Each provider is an independent entity and is fully responsible for their services, pricing, policies, licenses, insurance, safety standards, and legal compliance.

3. Bookings & Payments

  • Payments are processed in cash at the venue unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices, availability, and service details are determined by providers.
  • Bookings may be confirmed before payment is made.
  • We may charge a service or platform fee, clearly displayed before confirmation.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellation and refund policies are set by each provider.
  • Policies are displayed during the booking process.
  • We are not responsible for provider refusals, no-shows, or partial refunds.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information.
  • Comply with local laws and provider rules.
  • Behave respectfully and responsibly.
  • Not misuse, hack, disrupt, or abuse the Platform.

6. Medical, Insurance & High-Risk Activity Disclaimer

For medical, dental, insurance, tour, rental, animal-related, or physical activity services:

  • Risks may exist.
  • We do not provide medical, insurance, or professional advice.
  • Participation is at your own risk.
  • Claims must be addressed directly with the provider.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • We are not liable for injuries, damages, losses, delays, cancellations, or service failures.
  • We are not responsible for acts or omissions of third-party providers.
  • We do not guarantee service quality, availability, or safety.
  • Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you through the Platform for the specific booking giving rise to the claim.

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, war, pandemics, technical outages, or force majeure events.

9. User-Generated Content

By submitting reviews or content, you grant zeVend a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content.

We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, misleading, or violates these Terms.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Fraud or illegal activity
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Abusive or harmful behavior
  • Security risks

11. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, branding, trademarks, logos, and software are owned by ZEVEN TECH and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

12. Compliance with App Store & Google Play Requirements

You acknowledge that Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not responsible for the Platform, its content, services, maintenance, or support. Any claims relating to the Platform must be directed solely to ZEVEN TECH.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Albania. Mandatory consumer protection rights under applicable laws remain unaffected.

14. Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall first be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Albania, unless mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
