2. How to Request Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your data in the following ways:
- Within the app: Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account
- Via email: Send a request to info@zevend.com with subject "Data Deletion Request"
3. What Data Will Be Deleted
When you request deletion, we will delete:
- Personal information (name, email, phone number)
- Account details
- Booking history
- Messages or communication within the app
- Payment-related identifiers (if stored)
4. Data That May Be Retained
Some data may be retained if required for:
- Legal obligations
- Fraud prevention
- Financial reporting (e.g. transaction records)
This data will be:
- Stored securely
- Used only for legal compliance
- Deleted after the required retention period
5. Deletion Timeframe
- Requests are processed within 1–3 days
- You will receive confirmation once deletion is completed
6. Third-Party Data
If you made bookings with third-party service providers (e.g. barbershops, restaurants), they may retain your data according to their own privacy policies. We recommend contacting them directly if needed.
